A senior corporate lawyer, Andy specialises in advising technology, AI and digital media companies on their domestic and cross-border M&A strategies. Andy combines real technical legal knowledge with a mindset turned to innovation. He established Lee & Thompson’s Catalyst service, providing free and fixed-price legal solutions to entrepreneurs and rapid-growth businesses. Andy holds an IBM professional certificate in Applied AI, is a member of the Governance Council of the British Interactive Media Association and is a registered Mental Health First Aider.
